Christmas Day Menus
Carve, in addition to its regular menu, will be serving a three-course meal for $39 a person from 4:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
For the first course guests have the option of either a Baby Wedge Salad or Lobster Bisque. The second course is a Chateaubriand Bouquetiere made with Roasted Tenderloin of Beef with a side of Sautéed Baby Vegetables, Mashed Truffle Potatoes, and classic Béarnaise Sauce. For desert guests can enjoy Cookies and Cream.
Snaps will offer a three-course menu from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. for $12.95 per person.
The first course choices include Butternut Squash Bisque or House Salad. For the second course guests have the choice of Honey Butter Roasted Turkey with a side of Corn Bread Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, and Cranberry Sauce or Apricot Glazed Ham with Cinnamon Baked Sweet Potatoes, Buttery Corn Cobbette, and Candied Pecans. For desert an option of Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Sweet Potato Pie, and Pecan Pie along with chilled Egg Nog will be served.
Cannery Row Buffet will offer a Christmas Buffet from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. for $12.25 and $10.25 for children.
The buffet will offer many Holiday items with a carving station, that will include Roasted Tom Turkey, Honey Glazed Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, and Candied Yams. The desert station will offer all the holiday favorites including Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Sweet Potato Pie, Pecan Pie, and Gingerbread Cookies. An Asian station, Italian station, American station, and soup and salad bar will also be available.
New Year’s Eve Menus
Carve will be serving a four-course meal and a complimentary glass of champagne from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for $49.99 a person
The first course is a choice of Maryland Crab Cakes or Heirloom Tomato Salad Caprese. The second course consists of Lobster Bisque or a Wilted Spinach Salad. For the entrée guests have the option of Rack of Lamb with Rosemary Balsamic Sauce and Fricasse of Vegetables or Chilean Seabass with Roasted Spring Vegetables and Sun Dried Tomato Butter Sauce or Filet Mignon with Fried Sage and Red Wine Demi. For desert Fried Strawberries with Melba Sauce and fresh Whipped Cream will be served.
Snaps will serve a three-course meal and a complimentary glass of champagne from 11 a.m. – 12 a.m. for $20.11 per person.
For the first course guests can choose either soup or salad. The second course is a New York Steak with Fried Shrimp and a side of potato of choice and vegetable of the day. For desert, White Chocolate Cheesecake will be served.
Casa Cocina will serve a three-course Surf and Turf meal from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for $24.95 a person.
